What You Need: 2 egg yolks 1/2 C sugar 2 t cornstarch 1 C milk 1 t vanilla extract 1/4 C whipping cream, beaten until stiff 1/4 C Asti Spumante 1 qt. fresh strawberries How to Make It: Place the egg yolks into a saucepan.
